Boating Operating Under the Influence is never okay and you should always have a designated operator. Half of fatal boating accidents in Arizona were alcohol related in 2007. The legal limit for blood alcohol is .08 when boating just as driving with the same type of Class One misdemeanor penalties. The Arizona Game and Fish Department is trying to change that with Arizona Boating classes even offering Boating Education Online.
