TorrentSpy has lost a lawsuit to the MPAA

TorrentSpy which indexes BitTorrents has lost a copyright lawsuit in California to the evil Motion Picture Association of America. TorrentSpy took every possible step to thwart the Motion Picture Association of America after an initial fine of $30,000. TorrentSpy is now threatened with significant sanctions. TorrentSpy will dispute the damages and appeal. TorrentSpy currently operates internationally with servers in the Netherlands and blocks US ip addresses.

Remember, never download anything illegally and never buy anything from the evil Motion Picture Association of America.
