Saturday deadline set by Microsoft for Yahoo has passed

The Saturday deadline set by Microsoft for Yahoo has passed. I would expect a proxy fight and then Yahoo to horrible crumble and surrender to Microsoft. Microsoft can still walk away from the deal which will probably cause the Yahoo shares to plummet. Yahoo is being so stupid in this.
