Comcast has agreed to an FCC probe on their web traffic
Following my many posts on Comcast, Comcast has agreed to an FCC probe on their web traffic. The FCC probe will include management techniques. Comcast again denies interferring with file sharing services. It is interesting that David Cohen says Comcast does not “block”. But Comcast did say they use bandwidth management to slow delivery of files. Oh okay. So I guess it is not blocking something if you slow it to .0000001 KB per second right? Comcast you are going down.
