Tiffany is suing eBay
Tiffany (the diamond jewelry company) is suing eBay for the many counterfeit products sold. But is eBay responsible? Are they not protected under the Digital Millenium Act? Isn’t this just another attempt by the diamond industry to put a strangle hold on anything that threatens prices? Heaven forbid real diamonds be sold at discount prices on eBay. The diamond industry is corrupt my friends.
