Cell Phone Companies are Sneaky. The Supreme Court refused to hear a cell phone tax case. For now. The issue is if states can force Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile to stop adding in those bogus seperate line item fees. I hate those crappy fake fees. The Supreme Court should further regulate cell phone fees.
