Ban on Internet Taxes Extended 7 Years

The ban on internet taxes was extended for 7 years by a unanimous vote by the Senate today. This is not quite as good as the permanent ban that everyone was looking for. The tax haven of the internet continues to foster growth and innovation and make the internet the place to do business. I suspect the government will hold out on taxing the internet until the social security fiasco hits in about 40 years. When the social security fund is bankrupt where will the money come from? Why a new internet tax of course.
