More and more interfaces and third party applications are being built in. Bloggers seem to love Twitter. It is a great tool. But how will Twitter monitize and will a competitor steal their thunder?

Saturday deadline set by Microsoft for Yahoo has passed

April 28th, 2008 admin No comments

The Saturday deadline set by Microsoft for Yahoo has passed. I would expect a proxy fight and then Yahoo to horrible crumble and surrender to Microsoft. Microsoft can still walk away from the deal which will probably cause the Yahoo shares to plummet. Yahoo is being so stupid in this.

Electronic Arts has been trying to buy Take-Two Interactive Software

April 18th, 2008 admin No comments

Electronic Arts has been trying to buy Take-Two Interactive Software. Take-Two Interactive Software recently said no again as Electronic Arts extended their offer and cut the price by twenty five cents per share. Take-Two Interactive Software is firmly against the offer. Electronic Arts was valued at about two billion dollars back in February. I for one am against this merger. Electronic Arts is too big as it is. The fourth installment of Grand Thef Auto (flagship of Take-Two Interactive Software) is set to release this month.

Stop the Columbia University Expansion Project

April 15th, 2008 admin No comments

The Columbia University Expansion Project is a threat to New York residents. This unnecessary expansion project threatens to spill toxic materials. All it would take is one earthquake or one flood for utter disaster to take place. We need to Stop Columbia’s Expansion Project. A petition has currently hit the State Supreme Court. This petition was sent in by “Tuck-It-Away”. Please call legislators and law makers and ask them to support the stop of this expansion project.

I am pretty excited about the new Wii download service

April 15th, 2008 admin 1 comment

I am pretty excited about the new Wii download service. It is set to launch in May. Titles include EA and Lucas Arts as well as the standard Wii games. This should be similar to the Microsoft download service. This opens up a whole world of possibilities to Wii players.
